Felix Hunter is a proud Vancouverite who started his career in Real Estate as a Mortgage Broker with Centum Pacific. He quickly found that his passion for Real Estate and dedication to helping people could be best combined by becoming a residential Realtor®. This has proven a wise choice for him, demonstrated in his relentless commitment to delivering the best possible results for his clients.   Felix has been obsessed with educating his clients on the complexities of their Real Estate goals, so that they feel confident and empowered every step of the way. He is extremely dedicated to providing a high level of service, from start to finish, and beyond closing. Always looking for ways to innovate and improve his skills, Felix is continually fine tuning his strategies in order to provide true value in his business. After finishing high school in Victoria, BC, Felix moved to Vancouver to work and study Science at UBC. Living steps from the beach in Kitsilano, he happily realized this was home. Outside of work, you can usually find this guy spending time with his kids, trail running with his dog Baxter, or making his own brand of super popular hot sauce.
